Q: Why should I choose Data Network Designs over it's competitors?

A: - Because you'll get the best service. We want to make sure you're satisfied.
We take pride in our work, we know what we're doing and we want you to call us back.
Q: - What are your rates, how much do you charge for xyz services?

A: - Since we offer competitive and flexible rates - we choose not to list our pricing.

Even though we have our own pricing criteria, most work is done/charged on a "per case" basis.

That's why we suggest you contact us for any questions, details, etc.

 

We'll work with you - for large projects - payment plans can be arranged,

we can check availability for "good" used equipment before purchasing new items, etc., etc.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Yes, all our work, services are guaranteed, we also forward to you, manufacturer warranties, 

support  for whatever equipment, hardware, software you obtain through our channels.

Q: What is your response time for a service request?

A: Generally, the same day. Unless we have to travel more than 24 hours to your location:-)

Q: How about response time for contracted support?

A: Depends on the agreement made, usually:

24x7 on site 4 hour response.

9 to 5 Mon.- Fri., same day response.

or just phone and e-mail support for less critical situations.
